To prepare the chicken steak you need 6 or more pieces of chicken wings or legs, salt, pepper, flour,oil.
Method
Place wings and legs in cold ice water, at least for 30 minutes then add salt and pepper,coat generously with flour, then fry in Deep Fryer in hot oil at medium temperature till golden brown on both sides.
