Bio: I have a 4+-year career as a computer consultant and trainer. I have worked with clients both large and small, doing training, testing, project management, writing and editing. I currently run my own training and consulting business in Dar es salaam , Tanzania And I am a Microsoft MVP. I have worked in almost all areas of Technical Support during the course of my career. My favorite areas are Support , training, and technical writing. I will admit also to a strong preference for requirements writing as well. I started working for myself in 2006 when I realized that people wanted to pay me to fix their PCs and networks. I currently serve as tech support and/or off site Sys Admin for over 50 clients around Tanzania and 9 Online . I do a lot of trouble shooting, designing and building of networks. I also build custom computer systems (Email me at hollymaro@gmail.com if you want something better). Clients call me when normal tech support or their hardware vendor can't solve a problem. I am a little different from most support people as I don't blame the hardware or software vendor, I just find a solution.
